Currently, the pace of technological advancement and innovation is developing rapidly, creating a gap between the world of education and the human resource needs of the workplace and society. The challenge of 21st-century education is to develop strategies to bridge the gap between the educational process in higher education and the work that will be encountered in the workplace through various innovations. The approach used to address the challenges of 21st-century education is Project-Based Learning (PBL). PBL is a learning method that uses projects/activities as a medium; this method requires the ability to explore, evaluate, interpret, synthesize, and process information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. Therefore, the Kurikulum Operasional (KO) of the Management Program has been revised to respond to the development of Industry 5.0. The Project-Based Learning is designed based on input from faculty members, associations, alumni, and service users (stakeholders).
